Miniature Portrait Painting of A Young Girl,  Early 19thC. painting on ivory of a young girl in empire dress. Reverse of ivory is backed with paper that may contain a signature, though difficult to determine. Image within oval brass border behind convex glass, housed in square ebonised frame. Painting may have faded a bit as her right eye is not as blue as the left. Very good condition.
Measurement: 5 3/4 x 5 3/8 framed; 2 1/2 x 2 image.
