very colorful and folky large hooked rug. Stars and circles motif.
Vibrant colors of red, gold, cobalt blue, white, olive, brown and black.
Shirred wool fabric, confetti corners, braided border, supple burlap
backing. Fabric loss above lower red star; at lower red circle; above
red circle; and top left confetti area. All of these are repairable. A
stunning large graphic rug in wonderful vibrant colors. A real
eye-catcher! c. 1920-1930, possibly earlier. True colors shown in first
photo.
